In order to avoid such health problems it is always better to take precaution by allocating yourself some time to relax from your busy daily schedule by stretching your arms, neck and shoulders at least every hour.

• Tension headache pain is commonly described as a constant pressure, as if the head is being squeezed. The pain is felt on both the sides of the head at once i.e. bilateral. Tension headache pain can be mild to moderate but sometimes it can also be severe.
• Sometimes it starts with the pain in the forehead and then it moves all the way down to the back of the neck
• Muscle aches
• Chronic fatigue
• Lack of concentration and irritability
• Sensitivity to light or noise
• Occasional dizziness
